白果腐竹上湯浸豆苗

這個是在酒樓飲茶看到的菜式,覺得有趣便在家弄。大豆苗洗淨,用雞油下鑊炒,沿鑊邊下薑汁及少許雞湯辟草青,下鹽調味,盛起。雞湯半杯煮滾後,下白果及片腐竹,再滾起後倒進盛豆苗的碟子裡即成。

I ate 豆苗 last night too~ but the 豆苗 that my mom got is really old >.< I can hardly chew it >.<
