That reminds me... my boyfriend isn't a vegetarian but we went to a wet market once and he couldn't get over the way the live chickens are 'prepped'... the way they plunge it into boiling water and feathers are plucked within seconds. But nothing beats the taste of a chicken as fresh as this!
