煎豆腐 February 08, 2007 這個是梁生的傑作。豆腐浸水去味後隔水抹乾切塊,中慢火煎香盛起。瘦肉剁碎用糖、生抽、生粉、胡椒粉略醃。蒜蓉爆香鑊,下肉碎及青豆兜炒,埋蠔油獻(加少許麻油更香),淋上豆腐面即成。吃過這個後數天不到,飯桌上又重現這個菜,不過這次豆腐全煎焦了,肉碎乾巴巴。飯後我忍不住偷偷問梁生:「呢個餸係咪你阿媽整?」 Share Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps Labels 食自己 瓜菜雜食 Share Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps Comments 新鮮人 said… 梁媽媽真係幾搞嘢! :p tofufa said… I like this dish.
